Your confirmed quote

CustomTee supplies a written quote before an order proceeds. The quote confirms the products, branding, applicable setup or artwork preparation costs, delivery arrangements, payment requirements and any specific lead time. Please review those details before accepting.

Artwork approval

Only send logos and artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Artwork and placement must be agreed before production. If artwork preparation is needed, the cost will be included in the quote for your approval.

Production timing

Standard orders usually take 7-10 business days from artwork sign-off and receipt of the required deposit. Your job's timing is confirmed with you; supplier availability, artwork changes and unexpected delays can affect it.
