This notice covers the CustomTee landing page and enquiries sent to support@customtee.co.za.

Information you share

When you email us, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, company, product requirements and artwork. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, when you proceed, arrange your order.

Service providers

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. We may share relevant product and artwork details with suppliers to prepare or fulfil your confirmed order. Hosting services may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.

Website data

This landing page does not create customer accounts, accept artwork uploads, take payments or set analytics cookies. Email links open your email application; your enquiry is sent when you choose to send that email. This notice does not describe or change records retained from the previous customer-account platform.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry and order information is retained where needed for customer service, order administration and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request corrections or raise a privacy concern. You may also contact South Africa's Information Regulator.
