Can I mix different products in one enquiry?
Yes. You can ask for shirts, jackets, caps and gifts together. Include quantities, preferred colours and size breakdowns in your brief. We confirm the options and price the items separately.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and branding method. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what is possible.
Do you charge VAT?
No VAT is charged. CustomTee is not VAT registered, so you cannot claim input VAT from a CustomTee quote or invoice.
What does my quote include?
Your written quote sets out products, branding, relevant setup fees, artwork preparation if needed, delivery arrangements and the total. Extra positions, different branding methods or products may have separate setup costs, even when the logo is the same.
I have a logo, but is it print-ready?
Send the best version you have when you reply to your enquiry confirmation. Vector PDF, AI or EPS files are useful; a clear PNG or JPG can help us assess your brief too. We check suitability before production. Artwork preparation, when required, is quoted separately for approval.
Can you help if I don't have finished artwork?
Yes, ask about artwork preparation in your brief. We will confirm the scope and charge before starting. Please only share artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
How do payment and delivery work?
This website requests a quote; it does not take payment or reserve stock. Your confirmed quote explains the deposit, balance and delivery or collection arrangements. Include your delivery town and required date so we can plan with you.
