Website and Order Terms

These terms apply when you use customtee.co.za or submit an order request to CustomTee.
Order requests and acceptance
Submitting the website form creates a provisional order request, not an accepted order or obligation to pay. An order is accepted only when CustomTee issues or confirms the final commercial terms, you approve the artwork and order details, and the required deposit has cleared.
Prices, stock and delivery
Website prices are indicative estimates based on the selections shown. Stock, branding suitability, setup costs, delivery and any applicable VAT are confirmed before acceptance. Product availability and estimates may change before the order is accepted. Delivery is excluded unless the final quote expressly includes it.
Artwork and previews
The product designer provides a visual guide and is not a production proof. Colours, scale and placement may differ across screens, products and branding methods. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and that producing it will not infringe another person's rights. Production starts only from the approved proof.
Production timing
Standard orders are usually completed within 7-10 business days from artwork sign-off and receipt of the required deposit. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Supplier stock, complex branding, approvals, delivery services and other unexpected events may cause delays, which CustomTee will communicate when reasonably possible.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us immediately if an accepted order must change or be cancelled. Once stock has been ordered, artwork prepared or production started, costs already incurred may be payable. Any change to product, quantity, artwork or delivery timing may require a revised quote and schedule.
Quality and legal rights
Please inspect delivered goods promptly and report an issue with the order reference and supporting photographs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
Website use and contact
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or upload unlawful or harmful material. Website content may be corrected or updated without notice. South African law applies to these terms. Questions may be sent to orders@customtee.co.za.
